CIFFA (Canadian International Freight Forwarding Association) represents and supports members of the Canadian international freight forwarding industry in providing the highest level of quality and professional services to their clients.
FIATA is the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations (or, in French, Fédération Internationale des Associations de Transitaires et Assimilés). FIATA is a non-governmental organisation representing about 40,000 forwarding and logistics firms.
IATA is the International Air Transport Association (IATA). IATA's mission is to represent, lead and serve the airline industry. Its members comprise some 230 airlines - the world's leading passenger and cargo airlines among them - representing 93 percent of scheduled international air traffic.
NAFL stands for the National Association of Freight and Logistics. It was previously named NCFF - or National Committee of Freight Forwarders. The NAFL was the Arabian Gulf's first national freight forwarders association. Founded in February 1992 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, NAFL was formed primarily to bring together in one body all the major players in the UAE freight forwarding, logistics and shipping industry.
The NCBFAA, or National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America, Inc., is headquartered in Washington, D.C. The group represents nearly 870 member companies with 100,000 employees in international trade - the nation's leading freight forwarders, customs brokers, ocean transportation intermediaries (OTIs), NVOCCs and air cargo agents, serving more than 250,000 importers and exporters.
Established in 1973, the Singapore Logistics Association aims to represent Singapore logistics, advance professionalism and excellence and promote high standards in industry practices. Its growing membership of more than 440 business entities today offers a diverse scope of logistics and ancillary support services.
